The 2005 race is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 12, at the 2.5-mile International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla. The starting line-up is determined by a random draw. The drawing will be held Thursday, Feb. 10 to determine all starting positions with 70 green-flag laps totalling 175 miles. About some of the drivers: Dale Earnhardt, Jr. leads all drivers with six victories at this event. Dick Jarrett, who won his third Bud race in 2004, was only the second driver to win this NASCAR event three times, having also won in 1996 and 2000. Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Ken Schrader and Neil Bonnett have two victories each.
